Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: May 2026
1. Quick Summary
Payments: Due immediately upon completion unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellations: Please give us 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Access: We need safe access to the work area and basic utilities (power/water).
2. Scope of Services
We provide the specific tasks outlined in your written estimate or "Work Order." Any work requested outside of this original scope will be treated as a "Change Order" and may result in additional labor or material costs.
3. Pricing and Payment
Estimates: Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final costs may vary if hidden issues (like mold or structural rot) are discovered during the project.
Deposit: Payment for materials must be made before work begins or the customer must acquire all materials required for the job.
Final Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept Cash, Cashier’s Checks, and Debit/Credit Cards (3% fee).
Refunds: Refunds are not offered once a service has been completed, signed off on, and final payment has been made.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Access: The customer must provide access to the property during scheduled hours.
Safety: For safety, please keep children and pets away from the work area.
Permits: Unless explicitly stated in the estimate, the customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary HOA approvals or local building permits.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a $100 convenience fee.
6. Warranty and Liability
Materials: We do not warrant materials or parts (e.g., a faucet you bought that turns out to be defective). Those are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Pre-existing Conditions: We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing issues (e.g., old pipes that break when a shut-off valve is turned).
7. Photos & Marketing
We may take "Before and After" photos of our work for promotional or social media use. No personal information or specific house numbers will be shown. If you prefer we don't take photos, please let us know before we start.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
